These are solid watches, great for anyone. The bands are rubber, with holes from 6" - 8" (15.2 cm - 20.3 cm), and could be made smaller and a little bit bigger. And the "black" background can change colors with heat/mood! The message of these watches is clear - the time for peace is NOW!
